Powder Coating
We maintain one closed loop conveyorized powder line which consists of a pretreatment
washer, a dry off oven, powder coating booth and a curing oven.
- Powder coating is a dry spray process where the powder coating is applied electrostatically to the parts.
- The parts are fixtured on a conveyor which is grounded by an earth ground.
- The powder is positively charged and is attracted to the grounded part.
- After powder coating, the parts are cured in an oven for a specific temperature and time.

Liquid Finishing
We operate one closed loop conveyorized liquid paint line, which consists of a pretreatment
washer, a dry off oven, three spray booths and a curing oven.
- Liquid painting is a wet painting process.
- Exact color matching can be achieved.
- Smooth finishes or textured finishes can be applied.
- Liquid paints are applied with conventional or electrostatic spray guns.
- All substrates can be coated with the liquid painting process.
- Depending on the paints, the parts can be air dried or forced dry in one of our baking ovens.
- Specializing in complex masking.
Conductive Coatings RFI/EMI Shielding
- Absorbs or reflects electromagnetic radiation, creating a barrier against electromagnetic interference (EMl).
- Protects against both high-frequency and low-frequency electromagnetic fields.
- We apply these coatings to your metal or plastic components per your specifications.
Liquid and Powder Batch
- We operate a batch operation for liquid and powder coating parts.
- The batch operation consists of a spray booth and curing oven.
Mil Spec Coatings
We apply and certify Mil Spec Primers and topcoats as well as CARC coatings.
Marine Coatings
We apply Primers and Topcoats to Navy contracts as well as various parts installed on offshore
oil rigs.
Assembly
We can do tight assembly if required on your finished parts.
